Fleur Park consists of 79 cottages that were originally designed for Holiday Accommodation. Over the years it has also migrated to a comfortable balance of permanent residents and holiday accommodation.
As per the Lease agreement with the COCT, there are a number of cottages for sale in the park.
Cottages are made up of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages an location includes Beachfront, Sea View and standard cottages.
