This room is situated on the owner's property in Fleur Park, Gordon's Bay.
Ideal for a couple or single person, close to the Beach.

The unit comprises of accommodation for a max of 2 guests with an open-plan lay-out. It offers 1 x Double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin & toilet. Linen and towels are provided however excluding beach towels which need to be brought along.
Die eenheid bied slaapplek aan 2 gaste en het 'n opplan-uitleg. Dit het 'n dubbelbed en 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n stort, wasbak en toilet. Linne en badhanddoeke word voorsien, maar gaste moet hul eie strandhanddoeke saambring.
It also offers a fan, Tea & coffee station, under-counter fridge, microwave as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware to cater for 2 guests. The room is not suited for cooking and does not, as such provide self-catering facilities.
Free Wi-Fi is available, but the room does have TV facilities.
Verder is daar 'n waaier en 'n koffiestasie met 'n yskassie, mikrogolf, eetgerei en breekware, asook tee- en koffiemaakgeriewe. Die kamer is nie geskik om etes te kook nie. Gratis WiFi is beskikbaar. Let asb. dat die verblyf nie selfsorggeriewe of 'n TV het nie.
Guests have access to the garden with ample shade and the BBQ facilities. The cottage also includes a roof deck, ideal for a sundowner while marveling over the vast ocean.
Gaste het toegang tot die tuin met braaigeriewe in die skaduwee. Daar is ook 'n uitkykdek wat die ideale plek vir gaste is om 'n skemerkelkie te geniet terwyl hulle die see bewonder.
The owner has a friendly dog 2 cats on the premises, but the room is not Pet-friendly.
Daar is n vriendelike hond en 2 katte op die perseel.
RULES & REGULATIONS :
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Quiet times between 23:00 and 09:00.
No laundry and washing of cars is allowed.
Parties are strictly not allowed.
Please keep to the speed limit and wait until the gate closes before driving off. This is for everyone's safety.
Please respect the residents and take the main road to the beach.
The breakage deposit is payable in cash or via EFT. It will be refunded within 3 days of the guest's departure if:
The Drop Anchor is left in the same condition as received.
No damage was done
None of the rules were broken.
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed.
Maximum of 2 guests allowed.

Die breek skade is betalbaar in kontant of deur EFT en word binne 3 dae terubetaal na vertrek.
